1. Check-in & Check-out Policies

• Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon).
• Standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• As per government regulations, all guests above 18 years must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) during check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.
• Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Indian Visa.

2. Payment & Reservation Terms

• Direct bookings made via WhatsApp or Phone are confirmed upon receipt of advance deposit or booking confirmation message from our desk.
• All room rates quoted are exclusive of applicable GST unless specified otherwise.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to check-in for Deluxe, Super Deluxe, and Family Rooms.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to check-in for Luxury Rooms.
• No-shows or cancellations within the non-refundable window will incur a charge equivalent to one night's tariff.

4. Hotel Code of Conduct & Safety

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest bedrooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
• Pets are not permitted on hotel premises.
• Guests are expected to maintain peace and sanctity, respecting the spiritual environment of Puri and fellow pilgrims.
